1. General

1.1. By  booking and using our padel court facilities, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

1.3. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in suspension or termination of access to the facilities.

 

  1. Booking and Payment

2.1. Court bookings must be made in advance through the official booking system.

2.2. Payments must be completed before using the court. No refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

2.3. Users must arrive on time for their bookings. Any delays may result in reduced playing time with no entitlement to compensation.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3.2. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

3.3. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with users being offered a full refund or rescheduling.

 

  1. Court Usage Rules

4.1. Appropriate sportswear and non-marking shoes must be worn at all times.

4.2. Users must respect the allocated playing time and vacate the court promptly when their session ends.

4.3. No food, drinks (except water), or chewing gum are allowed on the court.

4.4. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the facility.

4.5. Users must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

  1. Liability and Safety

5.1. Users participate at their own risk. The management is not liable for any personal injuries or loss/damage to personal property.

5.2. Users are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play padel.

5.3. Any damages caused to the court, equipment, or facilities due to negligence or misuse must be paid for by the responsible party.

 

  1. Privacy Policy

7.1. User information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2. Personal details will only be used for administrative and communication purposes related to the padel court facility.
