Our policy aims to be fair to all players and allow for flexibility in the case of adverse weather conditions including your right to cancel bookings, refunds and our right to close the courts and cancel bookings in adverse weather.

Adverse weather:

Rain Wet surfaces reduce grip on the racket, hinder ball visibility, and can make the court slippery and dangerous. The ball’s rebound also changes significantly on wet glass, impacting gameplay.

Wind: Strong winds can affect the ball’s trajectory and shot accuracy, making the game unpredictable.
Extreme Heat: Intense heat can lead to faster player fatigue, affecting performance and increasing the risk of injury. Extreme Cold and Ice: Surfaces can be very slippery in very cold or icy weather. Risk of injury is therefore increased especially if you don’t warm up properly.
